DMC Pakistan
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
At DMC Pakistan, we take client confidentiality seriously. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure
Agreement (NDA) upon request to ensure the privacy and security of your project and business
information.
Payment Terms & Process
- All project communications and deliverables are preferably discussed in writing for clarity and
- documentation.
- Clients are expected to share complete project requirements, including mockups or design references, prior to quotation. A formal quote will be shared once the project scope is clearly defined and agreed upon.
- Upon approval of the quote, a 50% to 100% advance payment is required based on the scope of work.
- Development typically takes place on our internal staging server unless the client requests to use their own.
- DMC Pakistan is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party interventions or developer access during an ongoing project.
- All live site deployments require full (100%) prepayment.
- We accept multiple payment options, including PayPal, credit cards and debit cards.
- Clients are required to share their feedback within three business days after the project is presented on the staging platform. If no feedback is received within this window, the project will be considered approved and marked as completed.
- Final payment must be made within 7 days of project completion. Delays may result in escalation to our finance and recovery department.
Work on Pre-Made Themes
- If a client engages DMC Pakistan to customize a third-party theme (e.g., from ThemeForest), we are not liable for issues stemming from the original code.
- Clients are advised to contact the theme’s original developer for bug resolution.
- DMC Pakistan is not responsible for issues such as performance limitations, W3C validation errors, plugin conflicts, or inefficient code related to third-party themes.
- Fixes or modifications to third-party themes can be handled by our team at an additional cost.
- If a theme is suggested by DMC Pakistan and later found problematic due to the theme’s original code quality, DMC Pakistan shall not be held accountable.
Third-Party Plugins & Paid Tools
Any premium plugins, themes, or third-party tools required for the project must be purchased by
the client and will remain the client’s property.
Custom Design Process
- For projects involving character designs, custom illustrations, or advanced visual elements, quotes will vary based on the complexity and quantity required.
- Clients must supply images that are either royalty-free or properly licensed for use. DMC Pakistan is not liable for the licensing status of assets provided by the client.
- We typically present 2–3 design concepts per template, with minor revisions included during the design phase.
- Similar or repeated pages will follow a consistent design layout unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in the contract.
- Once a design mockup is approved, development will commence to create a pixel-perfect implementation of the approved visuals.
- Any deviation or changes requested after the development phase begins may incur additional charges. Clients are encouraged to finalize all revisions during the design phase.
Responsive Design Standards
Our developers ensure all responsive websites meet modern standards and are compliant with
mobile-first best practices to maintain SEO integrity (e.g., Google’s Mobilegeddon update).
If a client requires a unique mobile or tablet layout, separate design files (PSDs) must be
provided, and additional charges may apply for implementation.
Content Responsibility
- DMC Pakistan reserves the right to decline projects involving illegal activities, offensive material, gambling, drugs, adult content, or any material deemed inappropriate.
- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the legal use of any content, text, or images provided for their projects.
- DMC Pakistan does not assume liability for copyright infringement related to client-supplied materials.
Client Communication & Support
- We provide ongoing client communication through email and Skype chat.
- Meetings can be scheduled via phone or Skype (text) to discuss project requirements or progress.
- For customized requests, clients are encouraged to fill out our Project Estimation Form, and we aim to respond within 1 business day.
- DMC Pakistan offers 30 days of free technical support for bug fixes after the project is marked as complete and approved. Any requests beyond this period will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
- We strive for prompt delivery but require clients to respond to feedback requests within 24 hours of receiving an update to avoid project delays.
